In the hope of rebuilding her life, she enrolls in a fencing-based therapy program offered by a local association. There, she meets other women who have been sexually abused and develops a sincere friendship with Tamara and Nicole. Little by little, the participants regain their self-confidence. When Lucie's ex-husband resurfaces, she is no longer alone in facing her fears and her past.
